Her career began in education, where she earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees and became certified to teach Early Childhood through Grade 12, as well as serve as a public school administrator. That foundation led her to statewide leadership, serving more than 12 years as a senior consultant and the Illinois State Manager for the Midwest Comprehensive Center at the American Institutes for Research. In that role, she guided improvement efforts across Illinois—designing strategies, tools, and processes that strengthened systems and delivered measurable results.

Entrepreneurship expanded her reach. As Founder and President of RMT Enterprises, she built a real estate investment business focused on buying, rehabbing, and transforming distressed properties. Through Lee Arnold’s System of Real Estate, she became a certified rehab specialist and joined the Inner Circle, gaining advanced training and access to an elite network of real estate professionals.

Today, she brings that blend of leadership, strategy, and hands‑on real estate expertise to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Starck Real Estate. As a relocation specialist, she supports clients navigating major life transitions with clarity and confidence. She specializes in single‑family luxury homes and distressed properties throughout suburban South Cook County—including Tinley Park, Orland Park, Mokena, Homewood, Hazel Crest, Palos Park, and surrounding communities.
